Ive got the version downloaded from kazzaa, but the game doensn't runs.
What can I do for make it runs?
Many games have copy protection, so illegal copies won't work. Perhaps you should just buy the game. Anyways, I think this board frowns on illegal game usage anyways.

firstly, Wolfenstein Enemy Territory is freeware and you also do not need the original Wolfenstein game. For a freeware is Kazaa a bad source, download it from here :

as mentioned over there, the RTCW ( " Return to the Castle of Wolfenstein" ) is a legal game, and if you'll download it from a P2P Server ( like Kazaa, Imesh etc..), THIS is ILLEGAL.
BUT
The RCTW Enemy Territory is NOT a game, you can play it only online, in many existing servers, it is like the demo of the RCTW itself; for that game you don't need the original game, IT IS MADE IN THAT WAY from the game produces ( Id Software) ; so, downloading Enemy Territory IS LEGAL. :D Otherwise there will be not exist this enemy territory site, i have posted over there and will be closed because of Id Software and law and copy protection.

..and to answer your question,use mesafx (https://www.3dfxzone.it/dir/news/3dfx/mesafx/index.htm),put both dll files (opengl32.dll,glide3x.dll)to the the folder where ET.exe is located.ingame,be sure to use 16-bit colour and 16-bit textures..
