PLEASE HELP

I have a graphics accelerator card which i have not been able to find either the the drivers or the software for.  these are the details on the card:

3Dfx Interactive
Super Video 3D Accelerator board
45 million pixels/sec
EV-3DFX-4
EV970327

Chipset has:

F005991.1 TMU
9818 20005
Taiwan 1001
