Best settings

Well,I'd like to know which are the best settings to play some games on my mmx 200,because I think I'll take it to aa lil lan that me and my friends gonna make..
Well I will play ut goty,quake 3..and I don't know..but for these 2,wich are the best setings?
I use fv2 4.6 with glide2x e glide3x from koolsmokys driver..but for quake..wich is the best?wickedgl (what version)?or mesa(what version)?
any tweaks?
I think the fps are reasonabel..but fps are never too mcuh
