i've got the new Bios and flash tool
but i am running xp,and i dont konw any commands about Flash tool
please help me !!!

You need to boot in dos and flash from there. You need flash.exe, dos4gw.exe, and your rom image, eg. v55k118.rom, in the same folder. Than just type from dos "flash v55k118.rom". And it's done.
