you want AGP slot or not?
if so, BX/VIA 694 series boards like Abit VP6 will be your choice..
otherwise, get boards with Serverset Chips (needs ECC RAM to run)

i thought about the same Abit VP6 : chipset Via ApolloPro 133A, UltraDma 100, Raid, Agp 1x2x4x
