Open Visual Reality's menu (3Dfx proprieties). Go to Audio tab. See the Audio Fallback section. If the Force Audio Fallback box is unchecked, check it; if it is checked, uncheck it. Press Aply. Presss OK. Change the chanel. Do you heare now sound? This is a common problem with sound standard I have also allthough I'm from Romania so there is a totaly different Pal standard. Somme chanels have sound with audio fallback, somme don't (but those do have sound without audio fallback), at least from my cable company.
Another universal solution to sound problems only working in Win 9x is using "Ales Volcini's stereo enabler" (AKA StereoFix). Play with it and by trial and error you will manage to get sound for all channels.
Good luck.

Does the tuner of your Voodoo 3500TV have also radio FM capabilities?
If it does, you are the owner of the US version, this one is for NTSC standard and in Argentina I know you use the Pal Standard. There might be 2 solutions to solve your problem, depending on the Windows release you are using:
If you are using Windows 9x, try Standard Select utility and selevt PAL-N or PAL-M.
If you are using Windows 2000/XP, put on AmigaSport 3.0 drivers and make use of the NTSC to PAL-n (M) registry tweak.
Good luck!
