HOW TO GET 3DFX TOOLS:
Download it in 3dfxzone.it or else Extract your previous driver(which packaged with 3dfx Tools) in a folder. Take out these files and then copy paste it to XP1-BETA driver folder:
1033.mst
3dfx Tools.msi
Data.cab
isetup.exe
setup.exe
setup.ini
Done! 

IMPORTANT NOTES:
A.Installation These steps must be followed carefully!
1. Extract the .Rar file into a directory
2. From the directory, go to setup.exe and install
3. In the installation, errors may occur, just ignore it
4. After the installation, Go to Windows XP safe mode by pressing both the shift from the keyboard during the boot.
5. In Windows Xp safe mode, replace the file kstvtuner.ax in windows/system32 directory with the provided Kstvtuner.ax (currently in V3500XP/driver2k)
6. Restart 

B.How to get 3dfx Tools works in Windows XP series: 
1. Install the 3dfx Tools-setup.exe again by selecting “Repair”,restart
2. Done! 

*To fix the 3dfx Tools, please follow the Point B after you’ve done the Point A*
