3dfx GLIDE™ for Windows - glide2.x , glide3.x
Open sourced 3dfx GLIDE™ driver for Win32 (Windows 95,98,Me,NT4,2000,XP) ported from the Linux 3dfx GLIDE™ source code. The Linux source code was originally open sourced by the demised 3dfx Interactive Inc. Currently supports 3dfx Voodoo Banshee, Velocity, Voodoo3, Voodoo4, and Voodoo5. It has been extended to support S3TC (DXTC) compressed textures, T-Buffer effects for all VSA based cards including Voodoo4, and optimizations for 3DNOW!, MMX, SSE, SSE2 are used.

Alternative 3dfx OpenGL driver for Windows
Win32 (Windows 95,98,Me,NT4,2000,XP) OpenGL driver for 3dfx Voodoo Banshee, Velocity, Voodoo3, Voodoo4, Voodoo5 based on the Mesa 3D graphics library. It is still in its preliminary stages. I do not have enough time to work on it, the project has been suspended since 2001.

V.Control - 3dfx hardware tweaker
Win32 (Windows 95,98,Me,NT4,2000,XP) utility for controling 3dfx graphics adapters. Currently supports 3dfx Voodoo Banshee, Velocity, Voodoo3, Voodoo4, Voodoo5. Will enable custom refreshrates, overclock on the fly, restore desktop icon positions, and save registry tweaks as presets. Refreshrates and graphic processor speeds are controled by programing hardware directly. This utility will help fix Windows 2000,XP 60Hz issues with 3dfx GLIDE™, Direct3D, and OpenGL.

Win32 driver for 3dfx Voodoo 3,4,5
Win32 (Windows 2000,XP) driver for 3dfx Velocity, Voodoo3, Voodoo4, and Voodoo5. Stock driver provided with the Microsoft Windows XP package disables use of 3dfx GLIDE™ and full hardware accelerated OpenGL. In order to use these features, installation of a none Microsoft driver is required. This driver package is for those who do not have time to search for one.
