well, that link just above your post exaplains it well enough:

how to run ET on a 3dfx voodoo card:
first,update your drivers:
voodoo3 win2000/xp (amigasport 3.0xp)
voodoo3 win9x/me (original 3dfx driver ver 1.07.00)
voodoo5 win2000/xp (amigamerlin 3.0 xp)
voodoo5 win9x/me (original 3dfx driver ver. 1.04.01b)

then, get the latest mesafx standalone opengl driver, unpack, rename the opengl32.dll file to 3dfxvgl.dll,and copy it to your system (system32 for win2000/xp) folder along with the correct glide3x.dll file.create a shortcut to ET.exe, rightmouseclick on it,click properties, and add +set r_gldriver 3dfxvgl command to the target box (example: "C:\Games\Wolf-ET\ET.exe" +set r_gldriver 3dfxvgl).run the game via the shortcut.

well, yeah.see my previous post,it should work just fine (retested 3 minutes ago).though I would recommend the latest SFFT driver if you are running win2000/xp: https://www.3dfxzone.it/dir/3dfx/sfft/
