PCI rework means that the card has been reworked to gain better stability when using FSAA.you will need a agp universal slot for the card.AMD760/KT266A/KT333 should work fine.

The first Card was in the USA, that can help like "Hank's special mod" ; the second in Italy.

Looking at the back of the card, I can see the strapping resistors were changed for card stability at 4x FSAA. It should run fine. You can always take a snaphot from behind the Hint bridge so I can be sure.

I am still running mine on KT266 based chipsets. Congrats on the nice card
