i mean if i overclock my graphic card then will i be able to play fear 2 with good fps also which graphic card overclocking tool and software is the best cuz i use rivatuner and coolbits and there is a fps overclocking option in both.

no amount of overclocking will help you.basically,you have two choices:

-buy a new graphics card,and most games will run on minimum settings.
-buy a new computer,and all games will run normally.

there is simply no way how to turn that piece of junk into a gaming machine just by using some software.if you want to play seriously,you will have to buy serious hardware,finito.
