I think this was the plan:

Voodoo 4 4000: VSA-100, 16mb SDRAM
Voodoo 4 4200: VSA-101 (Daytona), 16mb DDR-SDRAM
Voodoo 4 4500: VSA-100, 32mb SDRAM
Voodoo 4 4800: VSA-101, 32mb DDR-SDRAM

My opinion:
Voodoo 4 - 4000: VSA 100; 16MB 128bit SDR SDRAM
Voodoo 4 - 4200: VSA 101; 64MB 64bit DDR/SDR SDRAM
Voodoo 4 - 4500: VSA 100; 32MB SDR SDRAM
Voodoo 4 - 4800: VSA 100; 32MB SDR SDRAM (="V4-4500 + TV-out & DVI")

But this is:

VSA 10?; 16MB SGRAM (SDR or DDR?)

a) VSA 100, 16MB 128bit SDR SGRAM, lower clock (heatsink only)

b) VSA 101, 16MB 64bit SDR SGRAM, higher clock (daytona @ 166MHz requires no heatsink)

c) VSA 101, 16MB 64bit DDR SGRAM, ... -"-

any other possibility?

what i think is strange!!!
It's an IBM-OEM-card... It seems it actually was mass-produced!

I newer thought that the Daytona (Voodoo4 4200/4800) was produced!

2xvoodoo, 3xVoodoo2, Voodoo3 3000AGP, Voodoo4 4500AGP, Voodoo5 5500PCI, Voodoo5 5500AGP

Since I got one of those now, some close-up Images :

HiRes Images (1600x1200)

It certainly looks quite different from this only other Voodoo4-2 4200 I've seen so far, and (unfortunately) I have been unable to get it to work with any Driver I've thrown at it (yet, a few are still left for testing)...
