I have gotten the game 'Join Operations' to work fine, but theres a mod for it called international conflict, which doesn't come with it's own exe file, instead its just a shortcut linking to the original jointops.exe with a command on the end, as so:

"C:\Program Files\NovaLogic\Joint Operations Typhoon Rising\Jointops.exe"  /exp ic

Is there anyway to force 3d Analyze to run that target?
