I can't start the 3d analyze

I go on "switch user" menu and i become administrator. I obtain the password and start the program like administrator, but i get this error:c:\DOCUME~1\ADMINI~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\66fd_appcompat.txt
What to do, to start this program?

What is written in that txt file?
my PC:
AMD Athlon64 3200+ - ASUS K8V-Deluxe - 1GB DDR400 - 3DFX Voodoo 5 5500 PCI
