Lewpy's Glide v1.42!

Looks like a good day for christmas plugin releases ;) Lewpy also released a new version of his Glide plugin today, jumping from v1.40 to v1.42 !
In case you don't know Lewpy, don't worry - that's most likely related to the fact that he didn't update his plugin for over 1 1/2 years now ;) This build is just a release of the current state, so there isn't a changelog either - let's just take a look at what Lewpy himself says about this version:
Well, here is a small present for those of you that [still!] use my plugin. It's my current build ... in what ever shape that is! I am about to go away for Christmas, and thought some people may enjoy this.

There are no release notes, there are no promises: it's here for you to play with and see if it fixes any problems you have. For all I know, it may break more things than fixes, so keep v1.40 handy ;)

It's been a very busy time for me the last year, so not much time has been spent working on my plugin. But I plod along! Feedback (good or bad) is always welcome, as long as it is constructive
Nice to see Lewpy is still working on his nice plugin! So all users of 3Dfx cards (yeah, these people are supposed to exist!) go and get this nice christmas present ;)
