I hope the title says it all
Splinter cell double agent doesnt work for me with 3danalyzer. I need it to force the game to use shader v2.0 instead of the requirements which are that the user needs a video card with shader v3.0 which practically no one has

It's not so much that checking "skip shader 2.0" doesnt work but rather that the exe wont run with 3danalyzer. With either the launcher or offline exe.

I hope some of you cool guys can come up with a plan becos lots of people are complaining with ubisoft about this restriction and I doubt that they'll release a patch for all us non-shader 3.0 users

Cheer man!

does you graphic card support ps 2.0?
try "force max shader 1.4" or "force low precision shader" istead "skip shader 2.0"

Yeah my card does support PS 2.0, its a radeon X800 if that helps
but it doesn't seem to be which box needs to be ticked but the program itself. You can try to run Splinter cell 4 with 3danalyzer with none of the boxes ticked and yet it does nothing.
I remember Splinter cell 3 had very good DVD protection and I wouldn't be surprised if this is related.

I think latest release of 3DA was released before the first sm3.0 card, maybe ps3.0 are unsupported
I don't think dvd protection is related: if you have an original game it shouldn't make troubles, if you have a cracked game i suggest you to buy  it original
