My problem is that every game that uses D3d works very slowly. For example System Shock 2 is unplayable and Severance works faster with voodoo2. Turning off antialiasing won't help.  Glide & OpenGL work well...

Specs: 120 Ghz, 512 Mt RAM, Voodoo 5 5500, WinXP, Amigamerlin 3.0

Uhm, your system specifications baffle me; 120GHz? Nobody has that!
Also, it's 512MB RAM not Mt.

I'm guessing you have a 1,2GHz processor?
What video-card drivers are you using?

TaiDOmi

Thanks for the advice smart guy... I think I mentioned the drivers in my previous post..

Oops. hehe, I'm just too busy [:P]

The problem could be with your DirectX installation.
Which DirectX version do you have installed?

TaiDOmi

DirectX 9.0 or 9.1, I think...

Execute dxdiag (start > run > dxdiag)
Click the third tab, there are two buttons for testing stuff.

See if there are any problems.

They are runnig very slow and don't display correctly. Do I have to add some driver or what's wrong?

Try to re-install DirectX (don't install a beta).
If it's still acting up, remove DirectX and then re-install it.

If it's still no good, try re-installing your videocard drivers.
And should that not help, try different drivers.

if the dxdiag does not display correctly, then your amigamerlin drivers did not install correctly.  WinXP is known to step on drivers that don't have a digital signature without some "fixin" of XP files/reg tweaks.  It's been a few yesrs now, but my fix was to rename the winXP driver.cab file and reboot and THEN install the 3dfx drivers.
