I have another game that pretty much has same requirements for graphics and that runs fine

I can see why it wont run on that grahpics board. And it might seem that this reason is the most stupid reason there is, but its an intel. Intel graphics arent much to use for game play, depending on what games. The intel 82852 is not the up to date graphics board from Intel. Intel graphics were mainly made for the quake, half life, and Unreal series.(GOD DAMN READERS MANUAL!!!!!)Now you would probably have to find a certain program that can take details out of the game, and replace it with solid colors and frames. But I dont know if you could. But True Crimes should run perfectly on it. Like I said, its because its an intel.
