Hi everyone!

Well I have RTCW Platinium edition the one that includes Enemy territory , I have installed the game and it works and run smoothly therefore I installed ENemy Territory to have a nice online war, and the main menu N' the first menu in which you choose your user name and all that bunch of things cannot be read it.. THE WHOLE THING is blurry you're not able to say what is what...

The only thing I see is the background that has a default ' logo of RTCW and darker style, just text is COMPLETELY unreadable... just IMPOSSIBLE!!!

Any help here please..? my game works fine but my enemy territory does NOT... i've been looking for solution and haven't found it yet, also I have re-installed the game and it was useless.

Windows Xp Home edition
256mb ram
Directx 8 nor a or b o whatever. Just 8
voodoo 5 5500 64mb PCI W/ AMigamerlin 3
40GB
Creative Audigy 2 W/ Inspire 6.1

first,try mesafx
if the problem persists,try to disable texture compression.go to the ..Wolfenstein - Enemy Territory\etmain folder,edit the autoexec.cfg file,and add:

seta ui_r_ext_compressed_textures 0
seta r_ext_compressed_textures 1

save and exit.
see if that helps..

Ps47! you surely did know the answer!!! thats the solution! I just downloaded Mesa Fx as I was told by you.. the new released I believe.. *MesaFX-6.2.0.1.exe*

And it worked!! perfectly!! and smoothly!

MesaFX-6.2.0.1.exe ? hick... What ? Where ?

I'm just as concerned as you are,

I' SURE i've downloaded version MesaFX-6.2.0.1.exe FROM THIS SITE, But now that you mentioned is true there's no file, well sure there is but an old version, not sure why

WHY did you guys (3dfx.it STAFF) moved it or changed it ) ??

Flash you would have to way or something, perhaps you should open a new topic asking about that version MesaFX-6.2.0.1....

I'm sure anyone else knows the answer.
