I don't know exactly, but as this mainboard has a SIS chipset, you should have no problem. The Voodoo5, as far as I know, have problems with some Intel chipsets.

the V5 6000 is a gfx card Agp 2x and 3.3 v

According Soyo :
One AGP Pro slot (support 1x/2x/4x mode with 1.5v and 3.3v)

the Sis 645DX (for the cpu's Intel) seems to be the last chipset Sis compatible with the Agp 3.3v

the only one problem might be the slot Agp : it must be an Agp Pro Universal, probably the case or it would not able to support the 1.5v and the 3.3v

if the motherboard is AGP v3.3 compatible ,you must not have problems, but surely you have to configure your AGP by Jumpers or by bios. ???
