Finally I have instaled games that I looked forward long time. I was suprised that I'm not able to run this game smoothly in 640x480x16 with details set to normal and with everything in menu performance set to low. I'm not able to shot someone in this resolution
It seems to me that there isn't texture compresion working. So just looked on the screens.

My spec:
Voodoo5 5500 PCI
MESAfx 6.2.0.1
Glide from mesa package
Athlon 3200+,256MB RAM DDR400, W2k

Performance Settings:
set to normal and all enable...

sorry for the menus text.... I had to make a CFG mod for run the game.. because my original CoD is in spanish and the United Offensive Expansion is in english...

and if u try with FSAA off & 640x480x16 ?

or how do u get the fastest FPS....

At first I use the same settings like you and I had similar results in FPS and IQ, but who play at 6-9 fps. I was surprised that smaller resolution didn't help so much, only in indoor areas, the big battlefields like the one on the 4-6 screens are very slow.
