I was contacted by someone on another forum about this, his sister rig is having problems with V3 3500TV she's using - sometimes when booting the monitor goes to sleep mode and mobo screams about "no gfx card present" or something like that.
With her previous mobo, KT133 based, there was no problems.

So is this known problem with V3 3500TV and Abit KR7A-R, and if it is, is there a solution?

I think the AGP slot on this mobo is not Voodoo compliant. Might be mistaking though.

Other issues could be:
- cable of monitor damaged
= v3 damaged

I only use @ x3dfx community forums, I'm using this one on more than just one forum so I decided to use this here too.
