I've tried just now using a Voodoo5 5500 coupled with the Amigamerlin 3.1 R11 driver and the game menu was loaded without the textures. The same hardware and software configuration hasn't any compatibility issue with the original Forsaken.

What's the system requirement ?
Probably, it is not any more a DX6 game

Hi Nightbird :),

the latest release works on a OpenGL-based engine. A DirectX 9 version was built as well.

Just discovered this. Amaze! I loved this game, try to install the original recently but had issues with the 16 bit installer, since 16bit support doesn't exist on modern OSes.

Wahoo worked like a charm love it!
