About your question, the posted error could be due to Voodoo2 hardware failure . However, I ask to fully uninstall any Voodoo2 driver. Then please reboot and run the setup of FastVoodoo2 4.0 XP Gold Edition Driver (--> https://www.3dfxzone.it/dir/news/3dfx/fv2_4.0_xp_ge/).
