Hi 3DFX Owners,
I have a PC with 2 3DFX Voodoo 2 Cards, one Diamond and one Creative with 12 MB @ 93 Mhz. Both work´s fine in SLI (1024x768 UT). But I have some Questions that I can´t find here ...
1. My System Info looks a bit corrupted, are the Numbers (8 MB MEM TEX?) ok ?

2. My two little Voodoo´s don´t work in SLI in Windows XP, the System Info shows "SLI ... Not Detected" :-/ Maybe there is an solution...

3. Can I run my 2 Voodoo´s in SLI in Suse Linux (For Example. 9.3) ?

I hope you can help me, Iám working at a Mini-3DFX PC, its very Small and fit in the most little Bag´s... when it´s done I send you some Piccs ^^

See you, sry for my English (3DFX Owner since 1999 :-) )

lol, kk was just an idea to use the penguin ^^ :D

I installed WinXP but when I use 1024x768 Resolution, lots of Red Points appear arround the Screen (Graphic Error´s). The Game UT is playable in Glide but looks a bit strange [xx(]! Like i Smoked something... I tried koolsmoky... v2 driver, I don´t know how to activate SLI :-/ so I used Voodoomage Igfx, Sli works but looks strange. Sometimes after I exit UT the PC restarts direct. So wheres the problem ? Direct 3D don´t work, too. [:(!]
Should I use Windows 98 or is there an solution ? (I like 98, but the USB Support is Bad !)

Looks like the most recent version of the Voodoomage driver doesn't exactly work the way users would like to see (I would say direct what it does but I have respect for the author:-P). Stick with Koolsmoky's or switch to the older version of Legendgraphix's, you should at least run succesfully a few D3D titles. When about red dots actually you should put SSTV2_VIDEO_24BPP string with the value of "0" into the Glide section in the registry, along with SSTV2_MISMATCHED_SLI with the value od "1", make also another one, SSTV2_GRXCLK if it's not already there, keeping it's value at "90". that should be default, however with Koolsmoky's drivers seems not, what's been making problems in my case. G'luck.
