Did you have an other Voodoo card in your system "before" ?
Did you also set your desktop display color on "16-bit" ?
(The 3D acceleration of the Voodoo Rush only supports 16 bit -High Color- mode)
About NFS2 SE, this game doesn't identify correctly the Voodoo Rush + MX86251, you need to patch the game.

(let's hope that the card is not damaged)

I tried 2 machines:

PII 500mhz
Siemens Mainboard (BX440 Chipset)
300W Power supply

AMD Athlon 1600@1900+
Matsonic MS8137c (VIA KT266 chipset)

now I updated the Dricet X to 9c, and Turok 2 runs 1.5 sec in D3D mode, than Gray screen, or black and its froze again... lol...

I would keep the P2 (slower).
I tried a Voodoo Rush on a Amd TB 1200 and that was difficult.  [:p]

edit :
is the card "hot" ?

I have the feeling that you have perhaps an over-heating problem.
Maybe you can try to solve it with added fans (for an old 486)
