Hi all! Can somebody help me with my voodoo2, I'm using the lastest driver provided by koolsmoky. I have 2 voodoo2 boards creative and techworks( do you know this card? :) 8mb on each, sli cable is original.
When I'm trying to set variable SSTV2_VIDEO_24BPP = 1 I'm getting pink colours in 1024x768, if '0' everythings fine. But I want to get the best quality in my voodoo2, can someone provide this strings? May by exist another way to do it. And some time I resieve a message 'monitor is out of sync', swapboards doesn't help :/ Sry for my english. :)

There is no workaround for pink color when 24BPP is on; you will not get better quality that way though. You may experiment with FX_GLIDE_NO_DITHER_SUB (default is 0) to match your needs.  2x2 dither matrix in K'smoky drivers is the best looking solution so far anyway. For your monitor, try to force 60Hz in registry for all resolution modes in Glide section.

Sorry for resurrecting an old topic - but I found this when trying to work out how to enable the 2x2 dithering on my V2 SLI with the koolsmokey driver, win2k. I've tried adding FX_GLIDE_NO_DITHER_SUB 1 in the registry but the dithering still isn't working. I want to play Deus Ex which is a dark game, but with all the little dots all over the screen instead of the classic smooth voodoo dither is horrible. Could anyone give me a clue? I wonder what I'm doing wrong
