just power down your pc,plug in both v2 cards, make sure you have all the cables properly, power up the pc,boot to winxp,go to your device manager, you should see two multimedia devices (may be labeled as voodoo2 as well) under "sound, video and game controllers",open the upper one, click update driver, select "install from specific location" and point it at the folder where you have extracted the driver, click continue anyway if prompted, reboot, and you should be up and running.dont forget to install voodoo2 tweaker v 1.1 if you want to change refresh/gamma etc,get it here:

yes.if you have two differrent voodoo2 cards in SLI,its a mismatched SLI.but the cards should at least have the same amount of memory if you want them running without serious problems..

A-Trend Voodoo 2 12mb + Creative 3D Blaster II 12 mb

SLI not detected after all. UT refuse to run on 1024x768.
SLI connector created from floppy, all done properly.

I've found this note in readme:

Set SSTV2_MISMATCHED_SLI = 1 for mismatched SLI support. This may
not work due to differences in V2 board design. If you have problems try swapping the PCI slot order of the V2 boards.

How and where I can set this?

first, try swapping the cards (put them out, swap, put them back in).second, you should make sure the SLI cable is really functional.when you make it from a floppy cable there is some chance the motal thingies did not connect properly, you should put together a small test kit from some wires, few batteries and a small bulb and check all the pins in your SLI cable.see the picture (the "not used" pins are connected in the same way as those on the left side):

I have created 3 SLI cables and two of them needed to be fixed because the pins simply did not connect properly..

As I said all installed properly. Not from the first try :) but install.

Anyway I've solve problem.
I've modify my registry.

All that was needed to do:
In HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\3Dfx Interactive\Voodoo2\Glide I've created DWORD parameter SSTV2_MISMATCHED_SLI = 1.

Looks great, runs fast and compactible with all oldgames. Yahoo!

By the way. The drivers must be installed on both Voodoo 2, or you'll have some visual artifacts when disable SLI from drivers/tweakers.
