Best way to set up Radeon 9800 with Voodoo2?

Hello.
I am an old Voodoo fan from the V2 days, and there are some old Glide games which I enjoy.  I upgraded to a V5 5500, then to a Radeon 9800 Pro.  I run Windows 2000.  Ideally, I wanted to keep both the V5 and the Radeon in the machine and switch cables between the two when I was playing Glide games.  Well, I wasn't able to do that (the V5 kept getting installed as an extended desktop and never seemed to be an option in 3D games).  So now I plan to add a Voodoo2 card to my Radeon.  I only want to use the Voodoo card for Glide games, and use my Radeon for everything else (D3D and OpenGL).  What is the best way to set this up (drivers, etc.)?  I don't want the Voodoo card to hijack games that would run better on the Radeon, and vice versa.

Thanks for your help!

Very strange as I have used this exact setup (Radeon 9800pro 256 mb, Voodoo 5500 pci, MSI K8T Neo-FIS2R, Athlon 64-3400 on Windows 2000 SP4) for about a year now and it works like a charm  ;)

..you just have to switch your primary display to the voodoo5 every time you want to play a glide game.

anyway, the best driver for v2 under 2000/xp would be this one:

coupled with Voodoo2 Tweaker V1.1 which can be found here (direct linking not allowed, see misc. utilities),so you can set refreshes, gamma and some other stuff for glide:

Whoa!  You're right!  I just tried again, selecting the Voodoo card as primary display, and sure enough it became the primary display.  I think the problem was that the program I was running (Grand Prix Legends) was crashing so fast that I never saw that the V5 was working.  However, the last time I tried GPL the program ran long enough to at least bring up the 3dfx logo.  So it now looks like a driver problem.  What driver setup do you two use?
Thanks a million; I'm really excited I get to use my V5.  I thought it's day had finally come...

..I'm using the latest SFFT release (A32) with the glide/opengl patch (gets rid of glide wrapper, updates glide3x to the latest version and re-adds 3dfx ICD),and vcontrol for setting various stuff such as refresh or gamma.note that you cant use a full driver (with 3dfx tools) if you are using a v5 card as secondary, because 3dfx tools will always have conflicts with your primary card..

..one more thing.my system locks up after booting to xp (when using a vsa-100 based card) unless I set "boot from pci" in the BIOS.
