hi again, i posted a message yesterday saying that i loaded my original win98 voodoo drivers in xp, i checked in device manager. it seems i was mistaken. xp loaded its own drivers in it automatically but regardless i have the same problem when i reboot i get a blank screen when my desktop suppose to come up. i thought i just needed to get new xp drivers and that would fix it.
again as i said before "i installed the darkmane 1.0 and amegamerlin 3.0 drivers but that didnt seem to make a difference. is it something left over from some other driver doing this or some thing else.
i have  an AMD athlon XP 1800+ operating at 1.53 ghz w/256 ddr ram
if any body has ideas or has run into a similar problem i appreciate any help                                thanx
