Silent Hill 4 windowed mode help

I am using 3D-Analyze to run Silent Hill 4 in windowed mode, but it has no borders.  My settings are:

Performance > force SW TnL, force windowed mode

Hardware Limits (cap bits)> ALL

I have searched around and read somewhere to set

ANTI-DETECT MODE > shaders, textures

but the game runs fine for me whether both of those are checked or not.

My problem is in the game: whenever i try to inspect something in first person or the third person area, the screen goes completely black.  Also when I look out the eye hole of the room, the screen is black, with the exception of the doorframe texture and the glass reflection, which i assume is all one texture.  I cannot actually SEE what is on the other side of the eye hole.  I can hear the animation running, but the models do not show at all; it is just a black screen.

Does anyone have any insight what the problem might be and how to fix it?  Thank you very much.
