Hi there.
I've got such problem. This situation looks the same with every drivers I have downoload fv2_xx_XP (3.0, 3.5 even 4.0 gold edition). The process of the installation looks quite fine: setup, extracting files and then I don't recieve any asks where I want to install it and what, finally finishing screen "U should restart to finish drivers installation" (or something like that). After reboot everything looks still quite fine, there is a new entry in System Device Manager only in section Sound,Video & Game Adpaters but...the problem is in Display Manager where I can choose resolution & color depth there are NO NEW SECTIONS connected with V2. My card is visible with the system but I can't make any changes to improve my display. What am I doing wrong. I've read about how to install fv2 xp drivers and I did evertything as it was written and still the same problem
Could anyone help me to solve this problem
Thanks in advance for any pieces of advice.

btw my HW:AMD 2000+xp, 256MB DDR, MB Soltek KT600 C1L and Diamond Stealth 2000 (2MB) VGA, Voodoo2 12MB(Apac Multimedia)
running under XP PRO + SP2

if you want to change some settings like refresh or color, get this tweaker: http://www.3dfx.cz/download/voodoo2_tweaker.zip ,the default control panel from fastvoodoo2 is not working correctly and it is even missing sometimes..

It seems that now everything is finally ok. Tweaker works fantastic.
Thanks a lot. :)

btw is it possible to increase color depth with V2? My primary card gives only 24bit (800x600) but I remember that when I was using V2 under win98 it was possible. In tweaker there is no such option so...

Hum, the Voodoo 2 supports only the 16 bits color, no matter the resolution is.
