I know that 3d analyze, can force windowed mode to some directx applications.
I wanted to know, is there any way to force windowed mode, to some application, that opened with.. um lets say, login screen?

Well, what do you want to do exactly ?
This is always possible to put some applications in the task bar with some keys (Alt + Tab ...).
