I checked with ebay customer service and they told me that there are some revisions done to the global visiblity area
and that is why my auctions do not show up on ebay.de or ebay.ie for instance.
At the moment visibility is limited to Ebay USA, Canada and UK

In future there will be settings to chose regions of visibility, apparently for an additional fee again :-(

So i encourage you to search based on worldwide sites to see the items
on your local ebay site

Even it took me by surprise
Ebay said that I violated both rules

no.1 - advertising of subtitle with keywords that are none related to the item

no.2 - distributing a link in the description page that shows my collection instead of additional info of the card itself

so they force delist my advertisement and I had just relisted today
