Title: RAM capacity problem
Post by: Taras on 17 June 2004, 17:17:33
I have banshee card with 16Mb RAM. I installed evolution drivers for banshee on winXP, but it recognizes only 8Mb. How this can be fixed?

I have voodoo banshee card.
"It" means winXP ("display properties / settings / advanced / voodoo banshee / information").

And before XP, you had a banshee with 16 mb ?
What's the manufacturer and the exact model of your gfx card ?

Well, I did an upgrade not so long time before. I do not know the manufacturer of the card and exact model, I bought it without box.

When I reboot system video BIOS displays 16Mb RAM for the card.

I have Linux also (as a second system) and I have configured card as 16Mb and it works fine.
