What Drivers had u tried??

What Kind of problems do you have?

The Pure3D use a Voodoo 1 Chip, so... Go to http://www.falconfly.de/voodoo1.htm for download drivers for Voodoo 1 and WinXP.

The info says that the drivers only support Glide/OpenGl. Don't have support for D3D...

or https://www.3dfxzone.it/dir/3dfx/voodoo1/win2kxp.htm only use the drivers that says Voodoo Graphics

Well I have it in my collection, it is the most wierdest:) Voodoo1 i've ever encountered
It has 6MB ram instead of 4 and it also has ViVo [that's for Video In Video Out;)].

here it is:

and yes you can just use the Voodoo1 driver for WinXP it shouldn't be a problem.

So that means any game using D3D will not have any acceleration right?
What about Direct Draw or GDI?

You won't get direct anything out of a voodoo 1 in windows XP, the drivers will give you OpenGL and Glide acceleration though.  If you're regular card supports acceleration of any kind, directx will still use it.  If you need directx acceleration with the voodoo 1, you have to run windows 98.

Well that is kinda strange then, because that connector at the bottom of my Canopus Pure3D is a Video In , anyways it says that on the bracket it's self ;)

of course it says video in! ;)

its the input from the vga card for the pass-through.
"normal" v1 had a 9pol whateveritscalled connector, though

Yeah you're right on that one:)

I found the card you meant too with that Pass Through Cable on it:

Then this Canopus Pure3DII:
has 14MB instead of 12MB, or isn't that the case?

By the way I tried the Pure3D drivers for XP and my computer kept crashing every time I would use them. (SNES 9X OR ULTRA HLE)Tried the regular Voodoo 1 drivers and computer hasn't crashed since. Only problem it only works in Fullscreen no windowed mode.
What does Winglide and Glidexp do?
