Hi all;
Which of the downloads here should I use to install a V5500 pci card on my pc.....Windows see's it, but I want all the tools and such. Additionally, I'll be running a Nividia GEForce 4200 128m in the agp slot which I will disable on startups for glide apps.
Running
Windows XP
2.53 533fsb cpu
1gig 333mhz ddr sdram
Intel lan/raid board
Nividia GEForce Ti 4200 128mb AGP
Voodoo 5500 PCI
Turtle beach Santa Cruz sound
Thanks all...and please let me know of any problems or things I should do as well.

Indeed under XP, you have "MS drivers" but the support of the V5 is not terrible
if you want a best support specially with the Glide, you need third party driver like the last Amigamerlin V2.5SE WinXP/Win2K (full package)
and you can also install Stand-Alone Driver Core Components (Glide3x V2610, Glide2x V2604 by Koolsmosky or GlideXP V1015 by Colourless) awaiting a new Glide
you need to load amegamerlin driver s allways to get the bloody 3dtools to work under xp
its strange how it does that, so to fix just load amigerlin 2,5 se relase or if your daring and want more dx game s speed and imagine iq use 3dhq drivers
remmber to read the install stuff on that it a piss to load but worth it once you do it right

I think the best ones are 3dhq 1.09 Beta 10 http://www.tdhq.net/voodoo/vs/vs-w2k-xp-1.09-beta10.exe
But please, read carefully the instructions (and follow them) on how to install the drivers http://www.tdhq.net/cgi-bin/yabb/YaBB.pl?board=6;action=display;num=1037708104
You can then (if you want) use the last and FINAL release from Colourless GlideXP 1016. You can download the drivers from http://www.users.on.net/triforce/glidexp
