I have an Hercules 3d Prophet 4000 with Kyro2 chipset. I did a fast search on Goog and didn't find any forum. But I'm not surprise. They did good 3D chip and give a punch in 3D market, but was always somewhere around best 2nd. So, no top hand on Opengl, No Glide magic... Nothing to crave.

Maybe you'd have more luck searching for PowerVR stuff, if they didn't fade away yet.

How about FSAA in 2D? IIRC Kyro2 can do such thing (although with 'blurred text' side effect), am I correct?

I had a 3D prophet 4000 32MB who kicked ass my ATI Rage 128pro 32 MB.

Kyro had one very good development: Tiled based rendering ( i think that was the nam )

its sad that the kyro2 didn't had T&L support

That would be (perhaps) a good thing if we have one day a Kyro 3.
We need more competitors with good graphic chipsets.
