Title: abit sa7 Hyper-Threading

dose the abit sa7 motherboard have Hyper-Threading support
will it work with this cpu

and will it work with a agp  hd radeon 3650  
I'm petty shore that they run in this motherboard

The Pentium4-3.06 DOES run on that board with the latest bios.
Hyperthreading however is a different story :
This only works on latest revision SA7 boards with a newer southbridge chip.
When I recall right on normal SA7 boards there is a SIS961 southbridge which is not capable of Hyperthreading. Later revisions of that board have the SIS962 southbridge which supports HT.
