Okay, so recently I bought the PC version of mass effect, the only problem that my PC had was that its Pixal and Vertex shaders weren't 3.0 I've been fiddling around with 3d Anylize, and I managed to get passed the "Cannot force DLL" Message, but when I click to play the game, nothing happens.
3DAnalyze doesn't support pixel shader 3.0 emulation, you should consider to buy a new graphic card
