Impossible. Your friend must be confusing ISA with PCI or AGP. ISA doesn't have enough bandwith for 3D accelerated games.

EDIT: is not ISA, but Jamma interface

That will only work with certain arcade machines. It won't work in a PC.

Right, but Jamma interface is very similar to ISA, so someone could be wrong...
