Um, why on earth are you running your CPU at 12x100? Isn't that supposed to be like 17x or something? or like 8.5x200?
It should be 100X17
but it put itself in a failsafe mode once it run on a normal Desktop board instead of a notebook mainboard...but it still eating 1.5V...
that is..
the only way for me is to get another mainboard to get it run at 200X12, or even 250X12...(but needs $ to get a good quality mainboard..)
and i can get rid of the Intel Extreme Graphics if i get a new mainboard..
