Hi all!
I'm pretty happy right now. My two Creative 12MB Voodoo 2's are working great on my modern Windows XP system in glide games. I would really like to thank the authors of the FastVoodoo 4.0 drivers for the efforts to keep the memory of 3dfx around. It's fun playing glide games that I haven't played in years again on a fast modern system!
I have a Voodoo 3 3000 PCI in my back-up system (AMD K6-3+ @ 550, 256 MB RAM, FIC VA-503+) that works great, but the CPU can choke in some games. Therefore the Voodoo 2's are great, cause now I can have the best of both worlds. I can use my Geforce FX5900 for the new eye-candy and my V2's for old school eye candy!
On quick question. Since the 'system info' box doesn't display properly, how exactly can I tell that SLI is in fact working? Is it the ability to play at 1024x768?
Regards,
