Nokia 7250i question -irrelevant but need help

hi to everyone. I know this question does not concern 3dfx cards or games but i want a tip. Does everyone know if i can  make my Nokia 7250i mobile phone also function as a remote control? And how? I heard it needs bluetooth. Is it possible to work with infrared? any suggestions or programs? -Also, does anyone know how to put on my phone a gameboy or if possible, to play an mp3? thanx a looooot
