Are you suggesting that I install these drivers in place of the AMIGASPORT 3.0 XP drivers? Huh, I thought I was doing alright with the AMIGA's.
.... that I install these drivers in place of the AMIGASPORT 3.0 XP drivers....
not necesary, keep Amiga Sport's driver, and go to \system32 and place the new DLLs from SSFT :) (one it is in \system32\driver )
What are the system requirements?
Minimum Requirements
Pentium II 400 Ìhz - Celeron 433 Mhz
64 Mbyte Ram
1,5 - 3 Gbyte Hard Disk Space
16 MByte DX 8.1 accelerated Graphics Card
FrameRate - About 17 - 25 fps
Recommended PC
Pentium III 1Ghz - Amd 1Ghz Athlon CPU
256 Mbyte Ram
30 Gbyte Hard Disk
64 MByte DX 8.1 accelerated Graphics Card
FrameRate - About 61 - 120 fps

Does an error message appear ?
He is at the very bottom limit of the system requirements.
Maybe his system just can't handle the game. (even though it should)
@ dud: LOL we nearly have the same sys specs.
Only your PIII overrules my K6-2 although they both run at 450 mhz.
Guess...no conspiracies for my system [V]
Nightbird,
I do not receive an error message. Rather, the game just refuses to load and I am sent back to my desktop.
Ggab,
I will try your suggestion:
PS "the easy way": replace 3dfxvsm.sys & 3dfxvs.dll from Alpha 15.
Thanks to all, I will have to try a few things and get back to youse guys.:D
Stay tuned....

Well folks, I have tried a variety of things to get this working. Nothing seems to work! I have changed driver exe. files, drivers, compatibility modes, etc. I guess that I have reached the limitations of my Voodoo 3 card! Basically, I'm out of luck!
Well, what better excuse to go out and buy a new one! I've been eyeballin' a RADEON 9200 card. I can get one for about $50 US. Or perhaps I should look into trying to find an nVidia Ti200 card. Any suggestions?
P.S....Thanks to all who have replied to this thread, the info that you have provided has proven invaluable.:)
buy a R9200 if u want good Low-end DX8 quality
GFFX 5500 for DX9 support (FX5200 is worse than 9200)
and NO 9200SE or FX5200/5500 64bit (they are scrappy)
Hum, without demo available, no possible to try it.
Would be curious to know if a V4 or a V5 can run this game since it doesn't seem "demanding".
