28.07.2013   New screenshots of Assassin's Creed IV: The Black Flag for the San Diego Comic-Con International

Traduci in italiano

Just like you can easily think, Ubisoft, the publisher of the upcoming entry in the Assassin's Creed videogame series, named Assassin's Creed IV: The Black Flag, has taken the opportunity to improve both expectation and curiosity towards the new game showing off new media assets for the multigenre convention Comic-Con International (SDCCI), held annually in San Diego, California, United States.

More in detail Ubisoft posted a interesting set of in-game screenshots captured from the latest release of Assassin's Creed 4: The Black Flag. These new images present scenes of combat as well as life's moments aboard the Captain Edward Kenway's vessel, the Jackdaw. Besides, some new screenshots have captured Edward Kenway while he is fighting a shark with a harpoon, as well as unexplored underwater landscapes.

Of course, we're writing on a Assassin's Creed game, so the images showing killings are present as well. Another thread of these frames is the exploration of various places and locations that the players can reach and dominate with the aif of ship and weapons respectively.

Assassin's Creed IV: The Black Flag is now under development at Ubisoft Montreal; this software house has choosen AnvilNext as the graphics engine of the new action-adventure open world video game. Assassin's Creed IV: The Black Flag is the sixth major installment in the Assassin's Creed series, and the sequel to 2012's Assassin's Creed III.

Assassin's Creed IV: The Black Flag will be available in several editions for the support of the gaming platforms PC (Microsoft Windows), PlayStation 3, Wii U, Xbox 360 as well as the next generation consoles PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

Assassin's Creed IV: The Black Flag for PlayStation 3, Wii U, and Xbox 360 will be release on October 29, 2013 in U.S. and on November 1, 2013 in Europe. Insted we don't have the exact release date for PC and the new HD console editions, but Ubisoft has promised these versions will arrive this fall.

There're the latest official screenshots of Assassin's Creed IV: The Black Flag.
